We are Teesside Restaurant Week.  We are based at Teesside University and you can contact us by email on info@tsrw.co.uk.

What personal data we collect and why we collect it

The only personal data we may collect and keep from users looking for venues to visit are names and email addresses for Newsletters.  

We retain only Names and Email Addresses. 

We do not process any transactions Personal data can be collected from Registration Forms if you are registering as Vendor with us.  Cookies, analytics, and third party embeds can also collect data.

Contact forms

By default, WordPress does not include a contact form. If you use a contact form plugin, use this subsection to note what personal data is captured when someone submits a contact form, and how long you keep it. For example, you may note that you keep contact form submissions for a certain period for customer service purposes, but you do not use the information submitted through them for marketing purposes.

Analytics

We use Google Analytics to collect data regarding website usage.

Who we share your data with

We do not share data with any third party agencies or bodies.  We do retain the right to do so in the future if deemed appropriate to the development of the website.

How long we retain your data

We retain vendor data for an extra year after they do not wish to be part of Restaurant Week.

What rights you have over your data

You can request access to the data we hold for you as an individual at any point.  Simply email info@tsrw.co.uk

How we protect your data

All data is kept secure at all times.  Our servers are use a high level of security, with automatic blocks put on any IP addresses that attempt to access our servers.
